Refund policy

You may return your unworn item within 7 business days for an exchange only, no refunds. All exchanges are final, no exchanges on your exchange. Please contact shopcollarbone@gmail before sending your return back.

Please do not just send your return without communication first. Please add your invoice or a copy of your invoice along with your return. Returns will be refused if the item shows signs on wear or is not in original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling when sending back your return to Collarbone Jewelry and we will cover the shipping sending out your new item.
