Puff heart earrings are made with a hollow heart with a matte texture.  Ear hooks,  hearts, hoops and components are brass/base metal.

Measurements:  Charm is roughly 5/8" long and 3/4" wide.  Diameter is roughly 7/16" long.  Earring hangs roughly 1 3/4" long.
